Who is the network for?

The Radiate network is for senior or talented aspiring professionals living with ill-health, injury or disability.

This is the first network specifically for high-flying disabled people.

A strict definition of this group is difficult, although many will have job titles such as Chief Executive or Director. We also welcome talented disabled people with leadership potential at an earlier stage in their careers.

The network is for people from the private, public or voluntary sectors.

Membership is free but limited to people likely to meet this broad definition of seniority.
